这个小工具功能比较简单，将指定的URL的页面的DOM元素保存成图片文件。

Usage: WebPageCapture –url=http://www.example.org/ –out=localfile.png

–help Print this help page and exit
–url= The URL to capture (http:…|file:…|…)
–out= The target file (.png|bmp|jpeg|emf|…)
–html= Output HTML file
–class= Mark specified class name element
–bg= Background image path
–id= Mark specified id element
